We value a flexible working environment and strongly believe in balancing work with the rest of life. We offer flexible working hours, and schedule Fridays for indirect client work, so if you are not local to Griffith and need to return home for the weekend, you can travel a bit earlier and work from outside the office. We encourage you to discuss flexible hours with us, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model of employment. We are open to working with clinicians interested in full-time or part-time employment, or subcontracting opportunities.

We value professional development and life long learning. We support staff to identify gaps in their clinical practice, and work towards closing these gaps through on-the-job learning, in-house training, shadowing, clinical supervision, and funding external courses or conferences. We offer a variety of professional development opportunities which we adapt to suit each individual clinician.

As a new graduate or early-career clinician, we recognise that you bring a lot of knowledge of the evidence base, and we can support you to put that knowledge into practice. We understand that you are constantly learning throughout your first few years, and we will support you to build your caseload as you grow in confidence and competence. You will access support from the multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians, to help expand your clinical practice and work collaboratively with a range of Allied Health Professionals to provide quality outcomes for clients.

We are interested in working with new graduate, early-career, or experienced Allied Health Practitioners. Depending on experience and fit with the team, we are open to full-time or part-time employees, or subcontracting opportunities.

You may be eligible for a relocation grant of up to $10 000 via the NSW Government, please talk to us to discuss this option.
